Announcements
A coffee hour will follow the worship service today in the Fellowship Hall.
Saturday, May 4th, Fransego Spring ABW Meeting at S. New Berlin Baptist church. Registration at 9:00 a.m. Program at 9:30. Bring dish to pass and own table service. Dessert and beverage will be provided.
Food Pantry needs: frozen vegetables, hot dogs, and other frozen food items.
Don’t forget about our Church Library – find lots of books and DVDs to entertain, inspire, teach, and nourish the soul!
We would like to purchase an upgraded computer for use in our worship services, because our old one is no longer up to some of the tasks required of it. We aim to spend about $600 on this, and are asking the congregation to contribute toward this need. If you decide to respond to this appeal, please designate your gift on an envelope or on your check.
Call to Prayer: Do you like to grow food or flowers in your garden? Do you farm part time or raise animals for pleasure or profit? If so, please join in with other believers at the front of the sanctuary this evening (6:00 p.m.) for a time of calling on the Lord of all the earth to bless His plants and animals and our efforts to cultivate them. Because man was given dominion over this earth in the beginning, we would like to reclaim a substantial portion of our authority through faith and prayer.
